1)
Right at your gangway you driving guide will be expecting you (with a
smile) with a board that reads your name. After about 1 hours and
15 minutes ride we shall arrive at our first stop at the Colosseum.
2) Colosseum.
(stop 45 minutes )
Here we will have time to admire from the outside this remarkable piece
of architecture of the Empire that could hold up to 50,000 spectators.
Here you could enjoy gladiators fights, or wild ferocious animals let
loose, and carry out capital executions with their hunger. Also to be
seen the Arch of Constatine, the Emperor that chose to became a
christian, and see what was the Temple of Venus and Rome and take
pictures.
- COLOSSEUM VISIT :
To those guests
who would like to go inside the Colosseum, as there are huge waiting
lines to get in , we strongly recommend to buy our prebooked
entrances USDollars 25 each.
3) Circus Maximus

(drive by)
We shall drive
by the famous Ben Hur horse charriot race circuit, and look at the
magnificent stadium that could hold up to 300 thousand spectators.
4) The Roman
Forum. (stop 30 minutes)
we
shall stop in a spectacular view point overlooking the Forum, from
where you can admire what was the political, administrative, and
religious center of Rome. From here you can walk just a few
seconds and enjoy the stature ofd Marcus Aurelius (160 to 180 AD) and
the magnificent square designed by Michelangelo, and walk down the City
hall steps to join again you vehicle, who will in the meanwhille go
around the the building and waith for you downstairs.
5) Pantheon
(stop 30 minutes)
Next
stop will be the Pantheon, the place where the very Emperors used to
worship the gods protector of Rome.
6)Trevi fountain (stop
30 minutes)
Now is time for a stop (stop 30
minutes) at the Trevi fountain and toss the famous 3 coins inthe
fountain, so to be sure to fall in love and come back to Rome once again.
7) Spanish steps (drive by)
Heading to the Spanish Steps now, and its famous chic
boutiques, and its enchanting and romantic square.
8) Time to
take a break. (stop 45 minutes)
We shall stop in the historical
center of Rome
for food and drinks , as it is not possible to eat in the vehicle. We
will suggest the most convenient quaint place in the neighborhood,
(place were the romanos go eat) were you can have a freshly made
spaghetti or a real wood oven made Pizza at moderate price.
Alternatively you can use this time to walk around, do some shopping in
the area and try out a local aperitif or cappuccino or a sandwich.
Our break stop will be of 45 minutes.
9)Vatican (stop 2 hours
15minutes)
**IMPORTANT NOTE; -VATICAN VISIT:
Guests who want to visit the Sistine chapel
that is located within the Vatican Museum and the Cathedral of Saint
Peters will have to face huge security and tickets lines to get in.
To avoid this, we strongly recommend to buy our prebooked Vatican
entrances along with one of our dedicated Vatican guides, (USDollars
80 per person. Non refundable). It is important to know, that the
dedicated vatican guide will enable you to have access to Saint Peters
cathedral from the inside courtyard, and therefore avoiding the outside
entrance security check line.--
Guests who prefer to go on their own are welcome and can
enjoy 2 hours in the famous shopping area of Via Cola di Rienzo, a few
meters form the Church of Saint Peters, were our driver guide will drop
them off and pick them up after exactly 2 hours.
Please remember that for accessing the
Vatican Saint Peters Cathedral, Sistine Chapel and the Churches of
Rome, you must have your knees and shoulder covered. Comfortable
walking shoes recommended.
You shall visit the Sistine
chapel and the Cathedral of Saint Peters. The Sistine chapel is located
within the premises of the Vatican Museums therefore we have to go thru
them and on the way descover the many works of art inside as
collection of tapestries of different fabrics from
the 16th and 17th centuries and many statues of the roman times rescued
from the Forum. Finally you shall get into the Sistine Chapel built in
the second half of 15th century and famous because of its beautiful
frescoes, especially the ceiling Genesis and the Last Judgement painted
between 1508 and 1512 by Michelangelo.
From the Chapel will shall go directly into the the very nest of
the christian catholic religion St. Peter. We shall observe the statue
of the Pieta, representing the dead Christ lying on his mother's lap,
the mosaics, the main altar make this church erected over the spot where
St. Peter was buried, unique.

This above is our final stop. We shall proceed from the Vatican
to the ship, where we shall arrive by 1745pm.
